Our goal is to set the stage for your unforgettable experience. Because our team takes great care and pride in preparation and clean-up of your event, we ask that all customers provide at least 24 hour notice of any event cancellations.

Events cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice will receive a full refund or equivalent VirtualZone credit. Events cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. No-show hosts (you do not arrive or contact us within 15 minutes of the start of your event) will not qualify for a refund.
